As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering superior customer support throughout the day by:

  • Answering customer calls and problem-solving to help customers continue to live life outside
  • Building sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
