Key Responsibilities Extensive multi-tasking between programs and websites to ensure seamless customer interactions Act as an advocate for our customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions Provide extraordinary service to our customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution Communicate with other departments within the company and local store managers to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Quickly identify customer problems, document case notes, and provide reasonable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up with customers on outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed to ensure complete issue resolution Meet monthly sales goals by assisting customers with placing orders, answering questions about our products and services, and promoting our brand Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive tone in all customer interactions, ensuring a exceptional customer experience Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent education Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write, spell, and read English fluently Computer literacy, with proficiency in Windows-based computer systems Ability to pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Reliable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate multiple sites and systems simultaneously Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Dual monitors and a Windows desktop or laptop for remote work Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work day, evening, and morning shifts, as well as weekends Technical Requirements To ensure seamless remote work, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Windows 10 operating system Active firewall and up-to-date antivirus software bolthires Chrome 80 and later, Mozilla Firefox 60 and later, or Internet Explorer 11 and later
