The Role As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.

You will work closely with our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for. Your primary goal will be to answer customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality.
