Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing top-notch customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality and detail. * Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies, including herbal and natural products. * Utilizing various computer applications, including MS Office, BigCommerce, and Zoho, to manage workflow and communicate with customers and internal teams. * Collaborating with multiple departments to answer questions, obtain information, and share feedback. * Documenting and communicating any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalating concerns to management as needed. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or email/chat-based environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. * Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other computer applications. * Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of herbal and natural products, or a willingness to learn. **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary of $18.00/hr, including a $1/hour shift differential.
