Job Overview
We currently have full-time and part-time positions available for Customer Service Representatives who can work evening and weekend shifts. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Shift Availability
We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including:
- 4PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday
- 12AM shifts, Monday to Friday
- At least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week
- Holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we offer a bilingual differential for Spanish/English bilingual candidates.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective way
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
- Utilizing basic computer applications to access customer information and resolve issues
- Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor, even in challenging situations

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
- Excellent listening comprehension skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- A clear, professional, and friendly voice
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Compensation and Benefits
