- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Interacting with customers daily, providing solutions to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- *Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A strong sales background, with experience in retail and customer service
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your career
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and a passion for teamwork
- Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
