- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
