As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. You'll work closely with our patients to understand their medical history and challenges, and provide empathetic and personalized support to ensure their needs are met.   • Handle 25-30 calls per day, including inbound and outbound calls from patients and physicians
  • Ensure process efficiency by working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications
  • Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
  • Pay attention to detail and accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication with patients and physicians

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready
  • Prior Authorization experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
  • Ability to work from home occasionally or permanently, with a reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload)
