Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and answer questions in a professional and empathetic manner Offer solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience Work in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy culture, passionate about providing excellent customer service Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements and a secure work space free from distractions Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Essential Qualifications 6 months of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field 6 months of work from home experience Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus
