- Answer calls and respond to inquiries from Florida high school and college students regarding Florida scholarships and grants
- Provide accurate and timely information to students, parents, and educators
- Resolve issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Promote arenaflex's programs and services to students and families
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student interactions
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's programs, policies, and procedures
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support a plus
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
