Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date Adhere to and ensure compliance with all arenaflex policies and procedures Maintain an acceptable attendance and tardiness record, demonstrating a commitment to reliability and responsibility Ensure accurate trip data input, with attention to detail and a focus on quality Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and fairly Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with the arenaflex values and mission.
These include: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred Ability to read, write, and understand English fluently Ability to accurately type 35wpm or more Ability to answer a high volume of calls, up to 100 calls per day, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in a healthcare or service-oriented industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns Work from Home Requirements To be considered for this remote opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements: High Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload, with the ability to provide proof of a speed test Ability to direct wire to your modem, ensuring a stable and reliable internet connection Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work, free from sound interruptions and distractions
