Job Overview and Responsibilities In this vital role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, communicating services offered, and providing exceptional support to ensure a seamless experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Identifying customer, family, and caregiver needs and communicating services offered by arenaflex Scheduling initial in-home clinical visits and ensuring a smooth transition of care Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations Displaying compassion and empathy in all interactions, providing emotional support and addressing concerns Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive care and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older Experience with Windows PC applications, including bolthires Office Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST Reside within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone In addition to these requirements, we prefer candidates with experience working in the healthcare industry and/or in a customer retention-focused role.
