Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, setting follow-bolthires as needed to ensure contact resolution Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to deliver exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive customer information, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of data protection Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, as demonstrated through a written assessment Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation, and internet research Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including shifting schedules and working overtime as needed High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality Preferred
Qualifications: Experience working in a pet-related industry or with animals Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems and helpdesk tools Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot in response to changing business needs Technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems, software, and technology
