Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative for Streaming Services, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to streaming services * Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meeting performance targets and exceeding customer satisfaction goals Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences * Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Basic PC keyboarding skills and bolthires Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Technical support experience and strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills * Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously * Experience working with CRM applications (preferred) Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience with the following would be beneficial: * Advanced technical support experience * Experience working with streaming services on multiple platforms * Proficiency in multiple languages * Experience with data analysis and reporting Work Environment As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace with excellent internet connectivity.
You'll require: * Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) * A hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates * A secure and private workspace with minimal background noise
