As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register and handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting sales of our products and services
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable dining experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • *What We're Looking For**

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • A willingness to learn and have fun in a fast-paced environment
  • *Physical Requirements**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
