Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have: A dedicated office space with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively from home.

At least six months of experience working remotely, demonstrating your ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. One year of experience working with Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, showcasing your technical skills and ability to adapt to new software. Strong computer skills, including data-entry and keyboard skills, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.

Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, demonstrating your understanding of performance metrics and commitment to continuous improvement.
