Key Responsibilities Answering calls from customers and following up with them as necessary to ensure that their concerns are fully addressed and resolved. Conducting thorough research into customer concerns, identifying the root cause of issues, and taking the next best steps to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Entering data into our pension system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of our records. Tracking ongoing cases, monitoring progress, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure that all customer concerns are fully resolved. Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills, always striving to achieve a positive outcome for the customer. Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments, keeping them informed throughout the process.

Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly examined and addressed. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, to inform future improvements and optimize our services. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or payment processing, with a strong preference for experience in the banking and financial industry.

A high school diploma or GED is required, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Your expertise should include: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. Customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, managing your time and prioritizing your tasks to meet the demands of the role. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information, maintaining the integrity of our records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with banking and financial industry systems, including payment processing, ACH, wire transfer, and electronic fund transfer.
