- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers daily to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products and services
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborating with your team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Thinking on your feet to resolve customer complaints and issues
- *What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of sales growth
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
