- *What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our internal policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and timely support to our patients
- Utilizing automated systems for data entry and information retrieval to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and empathetic manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
- Investigating and resolving customer problems, escalating difficult situations as necessary to ensure patient satisfaction and loyalty
- Meeting or exceeding call volume and service level standards, consistently delivering high-quality service and support to our patients
- *What's Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
- General knowledge of office environment and business processes, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and utilize new software and tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and external customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- *How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of customer service/telephone experience in a similar call center environment and/or industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
- Previous experience in a medical office or other medical setting, with a deep understanding of healthcare services and patient needs
