- *The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing timely and accurate information to our customers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting to fast-changing guidelines, and identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
- *Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors in a prompt and professional manner
- Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures with customers
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment

- Experience in the home improvement industry or a related field
- Previous experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
