Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your typical day will involve: * Processing Product Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. * Investigating Complaints: Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of complaints, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
