You'll be the first point of contact for many of our members, and your role will be to answer their questions, resolve their issues, and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare. - Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer questions and resolve issues related to benefit plan information and available services
- Communicate effectively with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to members
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
