As a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers to effectively determine service needs
- Scheduling appointments for our clients and organizing sales calls
- Dispatching our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issue
- Prioritizing and entering data into our database using your computer skills
- Providing valuable insight into our services and helping our community with essential services

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge about computers
- CSR skills
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
