- *What You Will Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- **Providing Exceptional Customer Service**: Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls, listening to their concerns, and offering meaningful solutions.
- **Proactively Offering Valuable Products and Services**: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring that our members receive the best possible value.
- **Actively Listening and Engaging**: Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, actively listening to customers and team members, and engaging with them in a positive and professional manner.
- **Operating in a Fluid Environment**: Be adaptable and flexible, navigating our ever-changing environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- *What You Will Need**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- **Prior Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- **Recent Call Center Experience**: Recent experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- **Ability to Multi-Task**: Prove your ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- **Proficiency in Computer Navigation**: Demonstrate proficiency in using computers, including data entry and complex computer navigation.
- **Flexible Attitude**: Possess a flexible, "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
