Our team of approximately 28 individuals thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and we're now seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our ranks as a remote, full-time Customer Service Representative. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized support to our customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of our insurance products. The Position We're looking for a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work one-on-one with customers to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
This is not a call center environment, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our customers.
