As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular use of a cart or other equipment
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular use of a ladder or other equipment
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular use of a cash register or other equipment
