With a commitment to creating a culture of health and wellness, we strive to provide a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for: * Assisting customers inside and outside a arenaflex center with U-Haul products and services * Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University * Other duties as assigned **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service * Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals.
