As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Assisting customers**: Provide exceptional customer service, both inside and outside of the center, to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • **Utilizing technology**: Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • **Equipment management**: Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring they're in good working condition.
  • **Administrative tasks**: Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • **Ongoing training**: Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex policies.
  • *What is Required (Qualifications)**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Valid driver's license**: A valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential for this position.
  • **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on customer service or a related field.
  • **Physical abilities**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
  • **Safety awareness**: Willingness to work in environments requiring safety precautions, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • **Availability**: Availability for scheduled work shifts, including weekends.
