Our team members enjoy a fun, compassionate, and friendly work environment where they can make a difference in the lives of others. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders * Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients * Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen * Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database * Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file * Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients * Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * At least 1 year of previous customer service experience * Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) * Clear oral communication skills * Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints * Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of previous call center experience * Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems * Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures * Bilingual (English/Spanish) **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods * Visual perception to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **Benefits and Perks** As a member of our team, you will enjoy: * Competitive starting wage of $17.00/hour * Weekly paychecks * PTO, 401k, and a full benefits package available after 30 days of employment * Free Breakfast & Lunch * Casual Dress Code * Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 * Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 **Work Environment and Culture** Our team members enjoy a fun, compassionate, and friendly work environment where they can make a difference in the lives of others.
