- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and drive business growth
- Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Performing a number of Customer Service support tasks, including: + Determining the best approach to tasks and solving abnormalities based on professional knowledge and insights+ Analyzing abnormalities that occur within your working area and identifying the cause and remedies based on professional knowledge and insights+ Completing work with a limited degree of supervision
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
- Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
- Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
- Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
- *Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position
- High-school/Associates or equivalent experience, with a strong attention to detail
- Certification, if applicable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- *Additional Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will also be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
- Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
- Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
- Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
