As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting potential borrowers and current customers with questions regarding loan products
- Evaluating vehicles to determine loan eligibility
- Managing customer loans and payments
- Providing daily communication with customers regarding their accounts
- Making courtesy calls to customers as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
