Job Summary We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to on the overnight shift, working from 11 PM to 7 AM. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, analyzing and appraising loan applications, and ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions.
Your role is crucial in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services. Key Responsibilities * Engage with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support. * Analyze and appraise loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process. * Ensure precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. * Communicate clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers, and handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy.
* Stay informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, and maintain professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions. * Create and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Meet and exceed monthly performance goals as established by management. Qualifications * Required: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. + Proficiency in bolthires Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm. + Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data. * Preferred: + Previous experience in financial services or customer support. + Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems. Working Conditions * This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods. * The role operates on a fixed overnight schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM. * Remote work setup is necessary following the initial training period.
