With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, and we'll support you every step of the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in our stores, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions, and making recommendations to customers * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and drive customer engagement * Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and reporting any issues to management * Working collaboratively with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 18 years old * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Ability to stand, walk, and handle products for an eight-hour shift * Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) * Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers * Must be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position * Must pass a background check * Must pass a pre-placement drug screen * Position-specific clearances include but are not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Service clearances * Available during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need * Ability to lift up to 70 lbs * Ability to obtain required training certifications, perform safety checks, and successfully complete job functions * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview and assessment required to meet job qualifications * Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position * Ability to meet our uniform, and appearance standards * Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site **What we offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $19.64 * Bonus eligible position (i.e. profit sharing) * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, accident & disability, employee assistance program, commuter, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k), pension, and flight privileges (subject to the respective collective bargaining agreement) * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to exclusive employee discounts and perks **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
