As a Customer Service Representative – Part Time, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our guests and exceeding their expectations at every turn. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that every room and common area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and maintenance
- Replenish linens, amenities, and various supplies to ensure guest satisfaction
- Dispose of trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and push large carts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work with chemicals
- Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and lifting
