- *Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
- Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly conversation and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management
- *Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer care
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
