As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
  • Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Interacting with customers daily, providing friendly conversation and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management
  • *Physical Requirements**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer care
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
