- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or outdoor industry setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
