Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms * Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues * Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to "wow" our customers * Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as overtime as needed * Ability to pass a background check for the KY Rx Tech license * A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for making a difference in people's lives Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention * Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication management and dispensing procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) * Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with complex needs and requirements Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a focus on flexibility and resilience
