Job Purpose As a Property Management Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our residents, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships within our communities.

Your exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor will be essential in maintaining positive tenant relations and contributing to the overall success of our property management operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to residents by promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and virtual meetings (occasional in-person, as needed) Assist in managing and resolving resident accounts, including processing rent payments, lease renewals, and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services with residents and maintenance staff to address issues promptly and minimize disruptions Assist in lease administration, including lease renewals and terminations Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and report preparation, maintaining accurate resident records and documentation, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and correspondence Collaborate with property management team members to address resident issues and improve overall resident satisfaction Stay informed about property management policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to residents Handle resident complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management personnel for resolution Continuously strive to enhance the resident experience by proactively seeking feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications, skills, and abilities: Work

Experience: Previous customer service experience is required, and experience or equivalent education relating to property management, real estate, or a similar field is highly desired but not required

Education: A minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree or certification in property management, leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and fair housing regulations is highly desired but not required Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, and technical literacy/communication skills A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation Results-driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to be both a highly organized task manager and an independent operator who can execute initiatives, exercise excellent judgment, and strive to make an impact Highly team-oriented, with a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Technology: Basic knowledge of property management software and MS Office is required, and previous experience or familiarity with Asana, Corrigo, and/or Rent Manager is a plus but not required Availability and Location

This is a hybrid role, and you must be willing and able to work from our corporate office in Tustin, CA on a hybrid basis.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with flexibility to work outside of standard office hours as needed occasionally.
