Responsibilities: As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo and passengers. Your duties will include: * Securing cargo, mail, and freight from damage, loss, or weather conditions * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, mail, and freight to and from aircraft * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Working with scanners and computers to ensure accurate tracking and delivery of cargo * Booking flights based on operational needs * Working a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening shifts, with the potential to work 20-40 hours per week Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A valid driver's license * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and security * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50-70 pounds) * Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, snow) * Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety clothing
