Job Responsibilities As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting after-hours calls to triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Assisting local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accurate information collection and coordination of care. Meeting standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Communicating coordination of care information with team members, patients/caregivers, referral sources, and home health agencies, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care. Providing quality customer service during all interactions, maintaining a compassionate, caring, and customer-focused approach. Maintaining organized file systems for document tracking and patient management, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school graduate or GED, with at least one year of previous call center experience.
Proficiency with bolthires Office Suite and keyboarding skills, with the ability to learn new software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to promote a compassionate, caring, customer service-oriented culture. Knowledge of computerized information systems, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
