- *Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
