As a key member of our enrollment and outreach team, you will play a vital role in educating clients about managed care options and public health programs, assisting with the enrollment and disenrollment process, and maintaining positive relationships with community groups and clients.

Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting face-to-face outreach and enrollment services to clients at Medicaid offices, provider sites, and community-based organizations Assisting clients with the enrollment and disenrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience Receiving, sorting, and processing enrollment, transfer, and disenrollment forms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Reviewing enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Interfacing with county staff and maintaining professional and positive relationships with all stakeholders, including community groups and clients Maintaining updated knowledge of the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project and other relevant programs and initiatives Raising issues of concern and/or problems to the Field Operations Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to services Processing data entry tasks and submitting daily reports, ensuring accurate and timely recording of information Assisting with the quality review of data entry work, ensuring high standards of accuracy and completeness Providing support and assistance with data entry refresher training as needed, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge Assisting the HPA/Special Project Unit with processing enrollment corrections, pending matching, ERL error selection, and ADV data entry as required Meeting all standards established for this position, as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template Performing other duties as may be assigned by Management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning Experience making presentations to groups, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively and engage with audiences Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and oral, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Computer literacy, with proficiency in bolthires Office Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, ensuring that you can efficiently manage data and communicate with colleagues and clients Knowledge of the community to be served, demonstrating a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by our clients Ability to follow directions, handle pressure, and perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, showcasing your resilience and adaptability Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: College degree or equivalent, demonstrating a higher level of education and a stronger foundation in your field Two or more years of human services experience, showcasing your expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support Experience working with the public, demonstrating your ability to engage with diverse audiences and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Fluency in commonly spoken languages, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders from diverse linguistic backgrounds
