Who We're Looking For To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you should possess: Educational Background: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to learning and personal growth. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment, where you've developed your communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. While not essential, experience in the mortgage sector is highly desirable, as it offers a unique insight into customer needs and expectations, and can be a significant advantage in this role.
