Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues efficiently * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection * A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Preferred Experience While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, would be highly valued.
