If you're a people person with a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want you to join our team! **Why you'll love this role** * You'll be part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex, working on exciting projects that shape the future of customer experience. * You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. * You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed expectations. * You'll be part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being, with a range of benefits and perks to support your personal and professional growth. **What you'll do** * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions. * Coordinate returns with customers, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and prevent delays. * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing to maintain the integrity of our systems. * Work on member cases and projects assigned to you, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver results. * Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws. * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams. * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products to ensure accuracy and security. * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns to maintain our systems and ensure compliance. * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching to prevent delays and errors. * Complete daily balancing and department closing tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. * Obtain information from customers for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests. * Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers and resolve issues. * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws and regulations. * Deposit check returns, review member check returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify customers for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers. * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees. **What you'll need for success** * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to work extremely well with customers and colleagues * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What you'll get** * Feel free to take advantage of all that arenaflex has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
