About the Role
This part-time, remote position offers the unique opportunity to work from home, with occasional visits to the arenaflex Support Center in Coralville, IA, for meetings and social events.
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing them with helpful information, answering questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Your role will extend beyond traditional customer service, as you will also interact with restauranteurs to assist with restaurant operations, turning problems into opportunities and creating loyal fans of the arenaflex brand. Key Responsibilities and Duties Act as the primary liaison with guests, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and personally, and that they feel valued and understood throughout the process.
Utilize proper protocols to address guest inquiries and concerns, including accessing loyalty accounts, issuing refunds, and connecting guests with operations leadership when necessary. Accurately enter verbal and written guest information into Freshdesk, contributing to the continuous improvement of the guest experience. Assist with digital restaurant operations, such as updating online menus and managing delivery and online ordering systems. Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvement and record trends, patterns of problems, and guest feedback to inform future enhancements.
Communicate confidently and comfortably with customers regarding guest support matters, and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you must be an effective multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good working knowledge of G Suite and the ability to quickly learn new platforms specific to the job description are essential. arenaflex values candidates who are eager to grow and learn within the company, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment, is highly preferred, although not required. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent. Availability for both day and evening shifts, including weekends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
