Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer complaints, and providing support and guidance to our clients. You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, responding to written communications, and troubleshooting issues related to our consumer products. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, text, chat, and respond to written communications in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products and provide effective solutions to resolve customer complaints Identify and analyze customer concerns, take or recommend appropriate actions, and follow up to ensure problems are resolved Complete assignments in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner, achieving expected outcomes and prioritizing multiple responsibilities Provide information, support, and guidance to customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and patience Effectively handle quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining superior customer service etiquette Fully, accurately, and immediately document all telephone calls in the appropriate CRM system, using correct grammar and making appropriate word choices in written communication and data capture Listen actively to others, ask appropriate questions for clarification, and demonstrate receptiveness to feedback, adjusting communication style as necessary Maintain workplace harmony, show respect, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree preferred, although equivalent experience and qualifications will be considered Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff from diverse backgrounds and perspectives Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection, with the goal of gathering information, problem-solving, and diffusing difficult situations
The ability to maintain professional behavior in stressful situations and navigate between several computer screens while actively listening and entering customer information Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of CRM software and ACD systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support and guidance
