- *Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Remote Product Testing and Feedback Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting In-Home Usage Tests, providing valuable feedback to top brands, and helping us shape the future of consumer products. This is a unique opportunity to work from home, earn a competitive hourly rate, and gain valuable experience in the exciting world of product testing and market research.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Product Testing and Feedback Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Providing valuable feedback to top brands and helping us shape the future of consumer products
- *Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- 18 years or older
