Job Summary As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your strong relationship-building skills will be essential in creating a positive experience for them. Key Job Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their questions or concerns through phone, email, online chat, or social media • Maintain and update customer information as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient service • Calmly and professionally attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise during customer interactions • Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolution • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations in a timely and efficient manner • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure compliance and quality standards • Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues to help improve our services • Upsell to customers as necessary to meet their needs and exceed their expectations

Work Environment As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a climate-controlled, contact center environment filled with amazing people, incredible career opportunities, and the occasional dance-off. You'll be constantly using phone and computer systems, so be sure to get up and stretch once in a while to keep your circulatory system happy.
