Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients via phone, email, and chat * Selling top fitness products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets * Resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner * Making recommendations and introducing customers to our VIP Family perks, making them feel like valued members of our arenaflex community * Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth * Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred) * Remote or work-from-home experience (a plus) * Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge * Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere * Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math * Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience * An already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet What We Offer As a
